Dear members, dear interested individuals,
the focus of recent weeks was certainly the theme of "democracy". The federal administration fall on dubious political contributions to support the party again Verbesserungswürdigkeit Act.
A minister is due to a partially written-thesis media under fire, instead of becoming tangled in education, this confused statements and will not resign. Voters demanded access into the Treaties of Berlin with the private water companies and voted with sensational 98.2 percent in a referendum for greater transparency of government action.

- ÖDP requested amendment to the Political Parties Act. On the occasion of dubious donation of a slot machine manufacturer to the federal political parties repeated the ÖDP their demand for a ban on corporate donations to political parties. - ÖDP Hamburg reached for election to the Hamburg state 0.3 percent. The very short
scheduled election and the winter weather hampered the election campaign. http://www.oedp-hamburg.de/
- In March, for the ÖDP important state elections: on 20 March in Saxony-Anhalt and 27 March in Baden-Württemberg http://www.oedp-bw.de/ and Rhineland-Palatinate http://www.oedp-rlp.de/ . Please support your state association in the campaign and sign up at the provincial offices, if you have time.
Important long-term appointments:
- On 21 and 22 May, instead of the federal party in Veitshöchheim near Wuerzburg. The site originally scheduled for organizational reasons, had to account for Marburg. On the same date
place in Berlin from Attacking a conference on "Beyond Growth" instead.

- The Federal Joint Committee in the fall is on the 8th October scheduled.
Important short-term appointments:
- On 2 March meets the Berlin ÖDP the root table.
- On 7 March will take place in Frankfurt Stuttgart Swabians prank.
- On 9 March will be held in Passau, the political Ash Wednesday ÖDP Bavaria.
- On March 10, meets the District of Leer / Papenburg to his circle meeting.
- On 19 March will see the state convention of the ÖDP in Lower Saxony.
